The KG500GF photovoltaic drilling rig is a product specially designed for photovoltaic foundation pile holes. It is equipped with an 86 kW engine, an efficient desert-air filter, and the maximum hole diameter can reach 500 mm. The hydraulic system adopts a high-pressure cast iron pump, widened and thickened walking track plates, a 28A roller chain for lifting and a box-type large-section steel guide rail to ensure sufficient strength; it can push 4 metres in one stroke. The gyrator is equipped with four sets of hydraulic rotary motors and adopts high-modulus straight-tooth, large-reduction-ratio transmission to provide a rotary torque of up to 12000 N·m for the drilling rig. It is suitable for the construction of foundation pile holes with large aperture. The KG500GF photovoltaic drilling rig can be equipped with a 1-ton frame winch for feed (optional), convenient for hoisting the drill bit, drilling tools and the impact device. When used on large slopes, an 8-ton frame winch for the rig (optional) can be selected to ensure sufficient traction.
