The ZT11 integrated surface DTH drilling rig can drill vertical, inclined and horizontal holes, and is mainly used for open-pit mines and stonework blast holes and pre-splitting holes. It is driven by a Yuchai non-road diesel engine, and the screw compression system and hydraulic transmission system are simultaneously driven by the back-end flywheel and PTO port output. The drill rig is equipped with an automatic rod handling system, a drilling rod floating slide module, a drill pipe lubrication module, a drill pipe sticking prevention system, a hydraulic dry dust collection system and an air-conditioning cab, with optional drilling-angle and depth indication function. The drill rig is characterized by excellent integrity, high automation, efficient drilling, environment-friendliness, energy conservation, simple operation, flexibility and travelling safety.
